This summary is for orientation only; the numbered clauses below are what govern.
Some regions grant specific rights and require specific disclosures. These notices sit alongside our main Privacy Policy. Where a regional right differs, the regional notice applies for people in that region.
1. About these notices
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data everywhere we operate. This page adds the extra, region-specific detail some laws require.
2. European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)
2.1 Controller
The data controller is Scenday, operated from London, United Kingdom. Contact: privacy@scenday.com.
2.2 Legal bases
We process personal data on the bases summarised in Privacy §3–4: principally consent (for marketing and analytics) and legitimate interests (for security and replying to you).
2.3 Your rights & complaints
You have the GDPR rights listed in Privacy §8, and you can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority: in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, your national data-protection authority.
3. California (CCPA / CPRA)
3.1 Information we collect
In the last 12 months we've collected these categories: identifiers (such as email address) and internet activity (consented, aggregate analytics). We collect these for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
3.2 We do not sell or share your personal information
Scenday does not sell your personal information, and does not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
3.3 Your rights
California residents can request to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Because we don't sell or share, there's no "opt out of sale" to make, but we state this plainly so you know.
3.4 How to exercise
Email privacy@scenday.com. You may use an authorised agent; we'll verify the request before acting on it.
4. Other U.S. state privacy laws
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, delete, and correct their data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale. We don't sell data or run targeted advertising. To exercise any right, contact privacy@scenday.com.
